We can't tell you what you like; that's for you to tell us, but we hope to create beers that are delicious and might open your eyes to a new style. We feel, first and foremost, that no matter the style, no balance = no beer. Building from a base of exceptional malt that comes primarily from Scotland, we use the Howe's slightly hard water and we balance that with exciting yeast and hops to give you a range of styles that we hope will satiate and interest you. It's easy to make mediocre beer and splash some mad graphics around to imply something exciting, but nah, that ain't our bag. We're going to keep it small, we're going to keep it here.
