Come join the team……
Brewery Operative:
We’re looking for a full-time brewery operations support person to join our team here at Howe Beer Project. This is a hands-on role as part of a small, collaborative team - to say the work is varied is like saying the Pacific Ocean is 'quite wet'. This person will support day-to-day production and brewhouse operations, while also contributing to all aspects of the business as needed, including cellar work, packaging, stock management, cleaning, deliveries and occasional taproom and event support. It’s at times a physically demanding role that also involves an impressive amount of problem-solving, cleaning and staring suspiciously at stainless steel.
We’re looking for someone practically minded and energetic, with excellent attention to detail, initiative and creativity and, ideally, some ability to bend time. Every day is a school day around here, and we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and contribute new ideas. This person will need to be self-motivated and confident working independently, while also chipping in as part of our small team.
